The European EurILDreg cohort is a multicenter registry dedicated to all interstitial lung diseases (ILD). It combines in-depth clinical phenotyping with a large-scale biobank to better characterize these conditions, identify biomarkers, and support the development of translational research projects at the European level.

The European eurIPFreg cohort is a European registry dedicated to idiopathic interstitial pneumonias, specifically idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). It collects longitudinal clinical data and biological samples to better understand the natural history of these diseases, identify prognostic factors, and support the development of translational research projects and new therapeutic approaches.

Ramses is a French study focusing on severe asthmatic patients, initiated by the Asthma and Allergies working group of the French-speaking Pneumology Society and integrated into the national clinical research network for severe asthma, CRISALIS-F-CRIN. RAMSES aims to evaluate the utilization patterns, benefits, and risks associated with various treatment strategies in real-world settings for patients with severe asthma.

The Marfan cohort is dedicated to the longitudinal follow-up of patients with Marfan syndrome, a rare genetic connective tissue disorder. It aims to better understand clinical progression, identify prognostic factors, and develop new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches from a personalized medicine perspective.
